The Honorable Chris Christie Governor-Elect State of New Jersey 20 West State Street PO Box 22 Trenton, NJ 08625-0022 609-341-3000 Dear Mr. Christie, Congratulations on winning the election to become the next Governor of New Jersey! I want to express in this letter my support for the vaccination choice bill, new bill number A243),that will provide a conscientious belief exemption to mandatory vaccination. I firmly believe that it should be a parent's right to choose and approve or refuse any medical proceedure suggested for their children. No doctor, scientist, politician or marketing professional can be held accountable if a child is injured by the vaccination schedule reccommended by the CDC. The responsibility falls to the parents to make all the decisions and provide all the support AFTER an injury occurs, so the ability to decide whether or not they want to accept the risks associated with vaccines in the first place should be theirs alone. And there ARE risks Sir, no doubt about it. I encourage you to simply review the package inserts that should be provided with every flu shot administered in New Jersey. When doing so, please take note that Every Single vaccine given to New Jersey children in order to attend school in this state is associated with it's own list of possible side effects, some of them quite severe and all of them under reported by doctors and parents to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System). Please know that I support this legislation in part because it is the best solution available to New Jersey parents who desire the opportunity to have their concerns about vaccine safety acknowleged and to ethically and responsibly refuse vaccines for their children based upon research and scientific principals regarding the lack of transparency and full disclosure about vaccine side effects and the fear and marketing campaigns associated with these products at this time. I've heard of your promised support of families who wish to choose when and how to vaccinate their children. I look forward to your continued good faith and to getting this legislation passed as soon as possible. Thank you very much, Lisa Mazzuca Beachwood, New Jersey |
